Speaking

My work is less about delivering a talk and more about creating a space where something real can happen—where people can step back, see more clearly, and reconsider how they are showing up in their work and lives.

I speak with organizations, leadership groups, and public audiences on attention, responsibility, and the role we each play in the places and communities we are part of.

We Are Trail Magic is a TEDx Asheville talk about participation, community, and the small acts of generosity that help carry us forward. Drawing from stories on the Appalachian Trail and the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, the talk explores what happens when people choose to step in rather than stand back—and why shared places depend on shared responsibility.
